2. Applicability <\/strong>These general terms and conditions apply to any order placed through K-Supps’ web shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by K-Supps. <\/p>\n\n

3. Product Information <\/strong>K-Supps takes the utmost care to ensure the accuracy of the information and images on the website. However, errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind K-Supps. The pictures and texts shown are indicative and may differ from the actual product. <\/p>\n\n

Dietary supplements are not drugs and should not be used to replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n

4. Prices and payment <\/strong>All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any shipping costs are stated separately when completing the order. Payment is made online via the available payment methods (e.g. Bancontact, credit card, etc.). The order will only be processed upon receipt of payment. <\/p>\n\n

5. Order and Confirmation <\/strong>An order is only final after K-Supps has received payment and the customer has received a confirmation email. K-Supps reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected abuse or past payment problems. <\/p>\n\n

6. Delivery <\/strong>Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. Delivery dates are indicative and not binding. K-Supps is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure. Risk passes to the customer from the time of delivery.<\/p>\n\n

7. Right of withdrawal <\/strong>The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the legislation on distance selling. To exercise this right, the customer must notify K-Supps in writing (by email or post) within the withdrawal period. The products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. For hygienic reasons, opened or damaged supplements cannot be returned. The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Upon proper receipt of the return, K-Supps will refund the purchase price within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n

8. Complaints and warranty <\/strong>Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable period of time after their determination via info@k-sups.com.K-Supps will deal with complaints as quickly as possible and seek an appropriate solution in consultation with the customer. The legal warranty applies only to production or packaging defects and not to improper use or storage.<\/p>\n\n

9. Liability <\/strong>K-Supps is not liable for damages of any kind resulting from improper use of the products supplied. Always read the label and instructions for use carefully. In case of doubt or medical conditions, always consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.<\/p>\n\n

10. Force Majeure <\/strong>K-Supps is not liable for delays or non-performance of obligations in cases of force majeure, including, but not limited to, breakdowns, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or governmental measures.<\/p>\n\n

11. Protection of personal data <\/strong>Personal data of customers will be treated confidentially according to K-Supps’ privacy statement and the applicable GDPR legislation.<\/p>\n\n

12. Intellectual Property <\/strong> All text, photos, logos and other content on the website are the property of K-Supps or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n

13. Applicable law and disputes <\/strong>These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district where K-Supps is located.<\/p>\n\n
